Christina Warrilow, LMHC Licensed Mental Health Counselor | Founder

Christina Warrilow is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience in private practice, hospital palliative care, community mental health, and military settings. She brings warmth, professionalism, and trauma-informed care to every interaction. Christina is passionate about supporting older adults and their families as they navigate aging, grief, and major life transitions with dignity and compassion.

My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual's unique needs.

I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD in adults, low self-esteem, and life transitions, including perimenopause, menopause, and the emotional challenges associated with PCOS.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can build resilience, gain clarity, and create meaningful, lasting change. Clinical Style: CBT, Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychoeducation, Person-Centered and Trauma-informed care.
